About listings on HYP

Listings can be submitted and funded by third parties. Appearing on Hold Your Place does not mean the listed person, creator, business or organisation submitted the listing, approved it, endorsed HYP or is affiliated with us.

Public businesses, products, projects and public creator or social profiles may be listed. Private individuals should not be submitted.

Send a request

If you control or represent a listed destination and do not want it to appear, or if a listing involves impersonation, harassment, misleading content or another concern, send us the request below. We may ask for reasonable evidence that you control or represent the destination before acting on an ownership-based removal request.

What happens next

We review requests individually. Where appropriate, we can remove a listing and block the relevant destination from being re-added. A block can later be lifted if circumstances change or the person or organisation controlling the destination asks to participate.
